In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. Angelina Gadeliya, a soloist, chamber musician, new music advocate and educator, will perform at Emanuel Lutheran Church, 60 Church Street, Manchester, on Saturday, April 29, at 7:00 p.m. She has performed at New York's Alice Tully Hall, Carnegie's Weill Hall, the Ukranian Institutes in New York and Chicago, the German Consulate, and at major festivals in Aspen, Banff, Fontainebleau and elsewhere. Dr. Gadeliya is a faculty member and coordinator of keyboard studies at the University of Connecticut.
