In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The panel will include experts from the Town of Manchester, MACC Charities, Manchester Police Department, and Community Health Resources (CHR). We will address and discuss what we are doing for those identified as homeless or "at risk" of becoming homeless in Manchester and the best ways for the community to help us in assisting our neighbors.
