In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. Voices of Concinnity, Connecticut's versatile 12-voice professional chamber ensemble, will perform on Saturday, December 14, at 7 p.m. at Emanuel Lutheran Church, 60 Church Street, Manchester. Concert is free; donations are welcomed. A festive reception will follow the concert.
