Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

Charter Oak Park and Environs
Free history walk on Saturday, October 7, at 10:00 a.m., starting at the pavilion near the music garden in Charter Oak Park, 50 Charter Oak Street. This walk will visit the park, where there were woolen, cotton and paper mills in the 19th and early 20th centuries. We’ll also visit the East Coast Greenway, and other features of this area of Manchester. Rain or shine, but extreme weather cancels. One of the 23 walks in 2023, celebrating Manchester’s 200th birthday. More info on the events page of www.manchesterhistory.org. The next walk will visit Lakeview, corner of Comstock and South Main Streets, on Saturday, October 21 at 1:00 p.m.
