Excessive high temperatures are predicted Tuesday, 7/15 through Friday, 7/18, this week. In addition to 90+ degree temperatures, very humid conditions may push the heat index up to at least 100 degrees each day. Residents are advised to please take proper precautions. If you are at risk from the heat, call 860-645-5500 for assistance.
Failure to pay any tax that is due by August 1, 2025 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of July 1, 2025. The Town of Manchester mailed the tax bills for the October 1, 2024 Grand List on June 20, 2025.

8:30am to 11:00am will be an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS AED class for Healthcare Provider and their support staff.
8:30 to 10:30am American Heart Association (AHA) Adult and Infant CPR AED
This class is good for most job requirements and any community members.
Pediatric & ADULT First AidCPR class
8:30 to 2:30 with a 45min break. This class is geared toward parents, foster parents, school staff, couches, babysitters and daycare provider
Noon to 2:30 will be AHA Pediatric CPR AED. This class is geared towards parents, grandparents, babysitters, school staff, coaches and any community members.

Medication Administration for Childcare Providers 6:15 to 9:00pm.
EpiPen/ allergy training for Parents, Baby Sitters and Daycare Provider from 6:15pm to 7:15pm.
Both classes are taught simultaneously live through Zoom on the first Thursday of every month.
