Bidwell street will be closed from Hartford Road to Ramey drive starting 9/22/2026, for 30 days to allow for sewer main installation. Detour signs have been installed to help residents navigate around closure area.Salters Pool Parking Lot will be closed starting 9/21/2026, for 6-8 weeks to allow reconstruction of the parking lot. Pond access will be maintained during construction.
In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. 8:30 to 10:30am American Heart Association (AHA) Adult and Infant CPR AED - This class is good for most job requirements and any community members.
Pediatric & ADULT First Aid CPR class - 8:30 to 2:30 with a 45min break. This class is geared toward parents, foster parents, school staff, coaches, babysitters and daycare providers.
Noon to 2:30 will be AHA Pediatric CPR AED. This class is geared towards parents, grandparents, babysitters, school staff, coaches and any community members.
