Bidwell street will be closed from Hartford Road to Ramey drive starting 9/22/2026, for 30 days to allow for sewer main installation. Detour signs have been installed to help residents navigate around closure area.Salters Pool Parking Lot will be closed starting 9/21/2026, for 6-8 weeks to allow reconstruction of the parking lot. Pond access will be maintained during construction.
In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. Originally composed by jazz pianist Vince Guaraldi, you and your family will recognize such timeless tunes such as “Christmas Time Is Here,” “Linus and Lucy” and “Skating”. In addition to these beloved songs from "A Charlie Brown Christmas", the Eric Mintel Quartet will also be playing traditional holiday songs!
