Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

Special Meeting
There will be a special meeting of the Bennet Housing Corporation on September 5, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. in the Law Library, Second Floor, Town Hall to discuss the financing to correct the fire code violations and the proposed rent increases to help offset the costs.
