In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. BSA Troop 123 is holding a car wash fundraiser on Saturday, August 27 from 9 AM to 1 PM at Community Baptist Church, 585 East Center Street in Manchester.
