In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. •Monday, May 18 at 6:30 p.m. First Church Glastonbury, 2183 Main St., Schultz Hall Host: Historical Society of Glastonbury. “Four Score and Seven Years Ago. Abraham Lincoln’s 87-year U-turn of the Declaration and the Meaning of America.” Lincoln, in his Gettysburg Address, brought Americans back to the Declaration, not the Constitution. It was a “new birth of freedom.”
