Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

Join Manchester Art Association for a watercolor workshop entitled a “Different Approach to Landscape”. This class, taught by well-known local artist Carolyn Emerson, will use an amazing wet paper approach resulting in dramatic no-fail skies, unfussy but effective middle grounds, and fresh looking results all around. The workshop is Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 10 am – 4 pm at Manchester Church of Christ, 595 Tolland Turnpike and costs $100. There is plenty of parking; the entrance to the Fellowship Hall is on the back side of the church.
