There shall be no parking on any public highway or designated municipally owned, leased or operated off-street parking area or lot in the Town between the hours of 2:00AM and 6:00AM from December 1st through April 1st.

A severe cold weather alert is in effect December 4, at 3 pm until Tuesday, December 9 at noon. If you are at risk from the cold, please feel free to call 860-645-5500 for help. Individuals who are unhoused and in need of assistance should contact 2-1-1 or MACC Charities.
Manchester's Emergency Replacement Program provides financial assistance for replacement of systems or housing features that, if not addressed, would threaten the health and/or safety of the property's occupants. This program is available town-wide to income-eligible properties that meet the rest of the eligibility criteria. Please review the application packet for additional information.
