The Water Department will be flushing water mains in areas of the distribution system. The cleaning program will begin at 7:15 a.m. each day and continue till 3:00 p.m.
A Special Meeting of the District electorate will be held on February 1, 2023 @ 7:00pm in the auditorium at Waddell Elementary School, 163 Broad Street, Manchester, CT.
The purpose of the Special Meeting will be to see if the voters approve the merger of The Eighth Utilities District and the Town of Manchester.
