The Water Department will be flushing water mains in areas of the distribution system. The cleaning program will begin at 7:15 a.m. each day and continue till 3:00 p.m.
Put on your costume (or don’t) and head downtown. Downtown Manchester businesses will be passing out candy from 11:30 am to 1pm. Watch our website for a map and activities that will be offered!
