Calling all Manchester pet parents: you can now purchase or renew your dog license in-person via the drop box at Town Hall, by mail, email, phone, or online.
The Water Department will be flushing water mains in areas of the distribution system. It normally takes a few hours for the water to clear in a home. If water appears discolored for an extended period, the homeowner should contact 860-647-3201.
As part of the celebration, the Town of Manchester is excited to announce its Bicentennial Grant Giving Program, facilitated by the Manchester Youth Commission. The Commission is requested applications from local Manchester non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations and/or government/education organizations, neighborhood groups, religious organizations, or other appropriate organizations who are interested in partnering and contributing to the year-long celebration.
The application submission period is now closed. To get involved with planning this special year please visit our volunteer page here!
